SOUP CHALLENGE 2014 (Disfida della Zuppa 2014)

Back to the Challenge of soup , like every year dedicated to Frantoiana soup , a traditional dish of Lucca.
Among the changes , " the ark of taste " to save and discover local products and wild species into extinction.
Chefs will be asked to prepare a dish that uses local products , even the guests can participate in the selection .
Each evening will be held starting at 8:30pm

February 18 - parish hall of Capannori
February 21 - Rio Vorno
February 26 - restaurant "Antica e premiata tintoria Verciani - Il Mecenate a Lucca"
February 28 - restuarant " Osteria da mi pa"
March 1 - Aquileia
March 7 - Osteria historical Morianese " da Pio"
March 8 - Agriturismo Alle Camelie
March 14 - the parish hall for the group of Carignano Equinozio
March 21 - Rio Vorno hosts the Groups GAS Lucca Pisa
to define - restaurant " Pecora Nera"
